Spinach & Artichoke Dip

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
3 cloves minced garlic
1 can artichokes finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons Mayo
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
dash of garlic salt

Thaw spinach & drain. Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated & creamy. Put in pan & top with extra cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. This also does well when freezing & reheating the day of your party.
